Recently, humanoid robots have officially taken up their positions in the Dongfeng workshop - at the Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Intelligent Manufacturing Factory, 8 Walker S1 humanoid robots are accurately sorting materials and handling material boxes on the production line, becoming "super capable new employees" of the factory.  

Humanoid robots are a product of the deep integration of artificial intelligence technology and robotics technology. In May 2024, Dongfeng Motor Corporation signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Ubiquitous for the application of humanoid robots, jointly promoting the application of the industrial humanoid robot Walker S series in the automotive manufacturing scene. Compared with traditional robotic arms, the Walker S, with its humanoid form, flexible joints, and powerful intelligent decision-making capabilities, can quickly adapt to complex and changing production line needs, achieve cross scenario operations with "one machine, multiple capabilities", and inject new vitality into intelligent manufacturing.
